Merit Title, LLC was originally founded in December, 2003 by Deborah A. Blommer and James M. Peterman for the sole purpose of providing foreclosure titles to Blommer Peterman, S.C. as a means to supplement and streamline the law firm’s default services.

Since its inception, Merit Title has developed into a full service title & closing services company with a specific focus on the special servicing needs of the REO type transactions. Merit Title is located in the City of West Allis (which is part of the Milwaukee Metropolitan area), it handles closing transactions throughout the entire State of Wisconsin. Our clients also directly benefit from the strong business relationships that the Merit Staff have formulated with numerous Real Estate Brokers who list properties in the 72 Counties of Wisconsin.
