Deborah A. Blommer
Deborah A. Blommer is the managing partner of Blommer Peterman,S.C. and has over 16 years of experience practicing in the default services area of law. She was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1991 and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin in 1991. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin (B.A. 1982); University of Wisconsin (J.D. 1991). She is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, American Bar Association, and served as a Committee Member for the American Legal and Financial Network. Deborah is a past Adjunct Professor for Marquette University Law School where she developed the curriculum and has instructed the course entitled “Starting and Managing a Law Practice”. |

James M. Peterman
James M. Peterman was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in May, 1986. He is admitted to practice in both the U.S. Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Supreme Court of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin. James received his Juris Doctorate when he graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1986. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration from Marquette University in 1983. James is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and he served as a member of the Paralegal Advisory Committee for the Milwaukee Area Technical Institute. He has been an occasional presenter at Continuing Legal Education Seminars in the Milwaukee area as well as a participant in various client training sessions throughout the country. |
Benjamin J. Pliskie
Benjamin J. Pliskie was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 2001. He is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin U.S. District Courts, along with the Menominee Tribal Court. Benjamin earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2001. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin in 1997. Benjamin serves as an Adjunct Professor for the College of Business at Cardinal Stritch University, where he teaches courses focusing on business law, business ethics, and American government. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association, Waukesha County Bar Association, and Young Professionals of Milwaukee. |

Shannon K. Cummings
Shannon K. Cummings was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in April 1999. She is admitted to practice in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Shannon received her Juris Doctorate when she graduated from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1998. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 1993 with Honors and was admitted to Phi Kappa Phi and the Golden Key National Honor Society. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Sociology and a minor in English. She is a member in good standing of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers. |

Thomas C. Dill was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1984. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Thomas received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1984 and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1975.
