Evictions: Upon completion and confirmation of the Sheriff’s Sale, Blommer Peterman, S.C. can assist with making sure that the subject property is vacant and devoid of all personal property. Our Staff will prepare the necessary documents and handle the Court activities involved in the Eviction process. REO: Blommer Peterman, S.C. staff work closely with the staff at Merit Title, LLC to ensure that the REO transactions can proceed quickly and smoothly from the foreclosure action all the way to the real estate closing. We have Staff who specifically concentrate on clearing titles throughout the foreclosure action. This allows the Merit Title Staff the ability to focus on the preparation of the closing documents and the actual closing rather than spending time working on past title issues.
